Returns & Product Issues

We want you to receive the correct product in good condition. If your order is damaged, incorrect or has a product-quality issue, please contact Spendrite Mart as soon as possible after receiving it.

How to report a problem

Food and personal-use products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened food products and opened personal-use or hygiene products generally cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind. This does not prevent us from reviewing products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as ordered.

Cleaning products

Please keep products sealed and in their original packaging where possible if you need us to review a return or exchange request. Products that have been substantially used may not be eligible unless there is a genuine product issue.

Resolution

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or another appropriate resolution. Any rights available to you under applicable Malawi law remain unaffected.
